Support - General Help - Monitor Help

The Setup Guide contains information on the proper procedures and connections to attach a monitor to the ePiano.

Situation: The monitor displays a “no signal” briefly after turning on and shut’s itself off.
Solution: The PC is either turned off or has stopped sending a signal through the monitor output. Confirm the PC is on. Double check the connection on both ends of the monitor cable for a snug fit. If available, test another monitor with the PC, if this monitor works—then your monitor may be faulty. Also, try the ePiano monitor with another operational PC—this will let you know for sure if the monitor is the problem. If it is indeed the monitor, contact your dealer or monitor supplier (Note: the ePiano company supplies monitors as an option—and not all dealers choose the ePiano “sponsored” monitor.
