Transposing:

Situation: Using the transpose feature, I get the old pitch & the new pitch
sounding simultaneously. What am I forgetting to do?

Solution: Make sure the keyboard you’re using is switched to LOCAL OFF. On the ePiano—this is accomplished simply by pressing the button on the panel labeled “piano” so that the light is off. This will keep the un-transposed sound from clashing with the transposed sound coming from the computer-based sound engine.

It’s a good idea to keep the ePiano’s Piano Volume slider up (to the right) since this control can also change the volume of the number 1 sound in Soundsetter.
