| 6/7/06 | Bartlett School gets VNC
As part of the Model School Program, ePiano has installed and configured the Real VNC (Virtual Network Computing) application to allow stations in the Bartlett School ePiano lab to be "seen" and controlled from the Teacher station. This lets the teacher demonstrate applications for each of the students, as well as permitting them to actually operate the student station directly from the teacher station. This technology can be used via the Internet as well - but poses additional security concerns. |

The latest ePiano lab installation expands the prior lab from 5 stations to 10. This involved upgrading of old systems hardware and software - along with integration of the new ePiano schoolmate systems. Some cool new features that we can't wait to show the world. 3/17/06 | ePiano gets great response at MMEA. ePiano exhibited again at annual meeting of the Massachusetts Music Educators Association. We got a great response from many of the attendees. We had a chance to see some old friends, and meet new. (see photos) |
1/31/06 | New installation at UMass Lowell
The university of Massachusetts at Lowell has been doing great work in their education department under the guidance of Dr. Gena Greher and Dr. Nicholas Tobin. They now have an ePiano Complete in their classroom. It replaces an aging Mac. |
